The Career Fair gave students an opportunity to interact with Human Resource professionals and CEOs of various organizations in a bid to get to know what the industry needs in their workforce. China Wu-Yi Construction Company Limited CEO, was among key management professionals present during the Career Fair. The theme of the Career Fair was Skilling graduates for the Job Market.

Companies also engaged students in ten different side-event career talks held on November 5, 2019. Companies which participated were: Britam, KPMG, YASA, FUZU, ISA, Bechtel, CHRM, Bosch, Unilever Kenya Limited, Redington and East Africa Data Handlers.
