Description

  • Analysis of cations and anions for the following samples: rocks, soils, water, sediments, plants and serum.

Major equipment in the Geochemical Section include:

  • Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS)
  • Spectronic 20 (UV) Spectrometer
  • Distiller
  • De-ionizer
  • Analytical weighing machine with accuracy up to 4 digits
  • Top pan balances
