QUALIFICATIONS
• ENTRY-LEVEL POSITIONS: 

Advanced Degree (Masters or PhD) with 5 years relevant experience

• MID-YEAR CAREER PROFESSIONALS:
Advanced Degree (Masters or PhD) plus 8 years of relevant professional experience

• A demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking
• Ability to discuss relevant development policies and priorities
• Fluent in English
• Very good writing & communications skills
